How to apply Display
The selection procedure takes place in various offices in Italy through personal interviews aimed at together assessing personal aptitude, technical preparation and aspirations of individual candidates.
Candidates can send job applications, together with their résumé to the office they are interested in. All applications are duly evaluated and candidates who possess the requisites needed are called for interviews.
The selection procedure usually includes two individual interviews: the first, technical, is held with a Manager; the second, more general, takes place with a Partner.
