ITER AUDIT S.R.L. is an Italian auditing company authorised by CONSOB (Italian companies and stock exchange commission) with resolution n° 782 of 23 October 1980 and with resolution n° 14574 of 1 June 2004 after it changed its name. It has been listed as a Registered Auditing Firm since its inception.

ITER AUDIT has also been listed on the Registro dei Revisori Contabili (Italian Register of Auditors) since it was formed pursuant to Legislative Decree n° 88 of 27 January 1992, is a member of Assirevi - “Associazione Italiana Revisori Contabili” (www.assirevi.it) (Italian Association of Auditors) – where it is actively involved in research and in writing on professional issues; it is also registered with the “Public Company Accounting Oversight Board” – PCAOB.

ITER AUDIT was established in Milan, where it has its headquarters and is now active all over Italy. Its key offices are located in Milan and Rome. The Firm is also located in Padua, Brescia and Florence. Our Firm has signed agreements with a number of international networks located worldwide, enabling it to assist its clients abroad as well.
